Job Description
How Will You Make An Impact?
Responsible for the development and ongoing management of the HR data management center. This is primarily focusing on the SAP updates and data integrity for the site.
Location
This role will be based on-site at our Florence, KY facility.
What Will You Do?
· Supervise the timely and accurate entry of employee job, personal and benefit transactions into SAP HR
· Resolve errors with team and/or site HR representatives
· Manage the Organizational Structure in SAP HR, keeping abreast with country organizational changes
· Schedule and run regular data audits to ensure accuracy of SAP data within the country
· Work with local HR Representatives to resolve any issues
· Work with HR Teams within the country to conduct ongoing analysis of business systems requirements to improve current system and provide systems development
· Work with users to identify new and improved processes/methods for data entry, data gathering and data auditing
· Work with other members of the HR Systems team on adhoc projects and process improvements
· Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information whether internal to Jabil or customer specific
· Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to HR systems
· Participate in the exchange of ideas within the department
· Ask questions and encourage input from other team members
· Understand and embrace the business and HR strategic direction
· Provide regular updates to appropriate managers and conference with them on complex or unusual situations
· Demonstrate commitment to customer service: anticipate, meet and exceed customer expectations, solve customer problems quickly and effectively, make customer issues a priority
· Ensure 100% adherence to all company, HR and department policy, processes and procedures
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
How Will You Get Here?
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Experience:
· Minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience, including SAP
· Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Functional knowledge of HR business processes and master data structures and how they relate to and incorporate into HR related business systems
· Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as propose system and process improvements
· Experience in managing multiple large initiatives simultaneously
· Ability to effectively communicate to various audiences within managerial levels
· Ability to work in a team within a matrix management environment
· Proficiency in planning, time management and decision-making skills
· Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assignments, and have the latitude to adapt procedures, processes and techniques
· Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
· Broad knowledge of country labor laws and regulatory/governmental compliance requirements
· In-depth knowledge of HR Business processes and master data structures and how they relate to and incorporate into HR Business Systems
