We strongly believe that our diversity is a key driver of innovation and performance.</span></p> <p> </p> <h2><b>Purpose</b></h2> <p><strong>Customer Service Representative (Sales Administration &amp; Sales Operations)</strong></p> <p><br/>�� <em>Paris – La Défense | Hybrid (2 days remote per week)</em></p> <p><strong>About Idemia Smart Biometrics</strong><br/>Idemia Smart Biometrics – a global leader in <strong>Identity, Biometric, and Access Management (IAM) solutions</strong> – is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented <strong>Customer Service Representative</strong> to join our Sales Administration &amp; Sales Operations team.</p> <p>In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, supporting the full <strong>order-to-cash process</strong>, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, international, and matrix-driven environment where your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.</p><h2><b>Key Missions</b></h2> <p> </p> <p><strong>1. Sales Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and manage sales orders in <strong>D365 ERP</strong> for a dedicated region.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate <strong>order-to-cash processing</strong>, invoicing, and billing with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue recognition.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the sales team by troubleshooting operational, IT, and administrative issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Serve as the direct point of contact for customer queries on pricing, lead times, and documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all sales-related activities.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>2. Sales Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor and analyze <strong>sales performance metrics</strong>, identifying improvement opportunities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Recommend and implement <strong>process optimization initiatives</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as the bridge between <strong>Supply Chain</strong> (demand, production, and stock management) and <strong>Logistics</strong> (warehouse, order preparation, and customer shipments).</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage allocations, shipment priorities, and help resolve logistics and quality issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collect and track data on local logistics costs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with <strong>supply chain, product, finance, and customer service</strong> teams for smooth operations.</p> </li> </ul><h2><b>Profile &amp; Other Information</b></h2> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficiency in <strong>ERP systems</strong> (D365 preferred), <strong>Excel</strong>, and <strong>CRM tools</strong> (Salesforce).</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong <strong>problem-solving mindset</strong> with a can-do attitude and process-oriented approach.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent <strong>communication skills</strong>, comfortable working in a multicultural, matrix organization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Curious, with an eagerness to understand our products and solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration</strong> (or equivalent).</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>5–10 years of experience</strong> in sales administration, ideally with exposure to logistics topics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluency in <strong>English</strong> is required; <strong>Spanish</strong> is a strong plus.</p> </li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span>By choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities.
