Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and assist the local branch as a Maintenance Contract Coordinator for KONE Americas? This position will support our New York Metro district and will work out of our Pennsauken, NJ branch.
The role will be 100% in office during the training period, eventually transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

As our Maintenance Contract Coordinator, you will provide specialized support to the Service Business and coordinate with sales and customers to ensure the accuracy of contracts and data being logged, maintained, and reported.
You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry. A High School education or equivalent.
Other Listed Duties as Needed
Initiate ECMS requests via Salesforce
Manage the process for local and district maintenance contract requests from sales to KBS, including but not limited to, initiate, receive, evaluate and update
Perform all data entry and activity requirements for Maintenance contracts, equipment and customer master data to be accurately entered into SAP system
Manage the Maintenance audit process
Perform Maintenance Contract quality checks and reconcile errors
Audit and maintain completeness and accuracy of Equipment and Customer Master Data
Additional duties as assigned.
