We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our European subsidiary Innovative Water Care, based near Tours (37), manufacturer of swimming pool products distributed in supermarkets, DIY stores and specialist retailers.
 

Location - Centre-Val de Loire

Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the main task will be to monitor and manage customer relations in France and abroad (export):

• Entry of orders and quotations
• Portfolio follow-up (orders, deliveries and invoicing) 
• Management of customer and transport disputes
• Request management (telephone, e-mail)
• Update and dispatch of price lists

 
Your profile:

• Self-motivated, open-minded, dynamic and available, with a strong sense of organization and rigor, and good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of IT tools (Excel (++), Word, PowerPoint and SAP)
• Intermediate level of English preferred
