Requirements/Preferred Experience:

• SRSMG is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pediatrics Department
• To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA in an outpatient primary care setting
• Experience working as an NP/PA in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting is highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working independently

Position Details 

• Full-time salaried position located at the SRS La Mesa clinic with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (one hour for lunch)
• 100% outpatient pediatrics – no after-hours / no call / no inpatient work
• Provide additional patient access with same day visits
• In-house pediatric sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO, and Allergy
• Lab, pharmacy, and radiology on-site

Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate is $134,000.00/year. The posted annual salary is the annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives.
