Travel Health Marketing Specialist
As a Travel Health Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting brand leads across various aspects of product marketing for the U.S. vaccines portfolio. A core responsibility of this role is to write compelling, audience-specific copy and create a range of communications materials to support marketing and sales efforts. You will contribute to the execution of the U.S. travel health marketing plan by developing integrated marketing and communication tactics for key stakeholders—including strategic accounts, healthcare providers, and consumers. In addition, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to draft and manage approvals for consistent corporate narratives and brand messaging, support compliant promotional activities, and drive efficiencies in content development in partnership with advertising agencies.
Your Responsibilities
- Write and edit creative, engaging, and on-brand copy for a variety of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, emails, presentations, digital content, and internal communications
- Support the development and execution of the U.S. travel health marketing plan, contributing to both strategy and tactical implementation
- Collaborate with brand leads, sales teams, and external agency partners to create integrated marketing campaigns tailored to healthcare providers, strategic accounts, and consumer audiences
- Ensure all content aligns with corporate branding, tone, and messaging guidelines
- Draft and manage the approval process for promotional materials through regulatory, legal, and medical review process
- Maintain and update a library of approved marketing content and ensure accessibility across cross-functional teams
- Partner with advertising and creative agencies to brief projects, review creative concepts, and optimize copy for clarity, compliance, and impact
- Monitor campaign performance in partnership with analytics teams and provide recommendations for optimization
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, content reuse, and alignment across internal and external communications
- Support internal communication needs related to product updates, campaign launches, or field team initiatives
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing communications
- Portfolio showcasing writing samples and content creation abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences marketing/communications is preferred

Salary Range - $56k – $90k
