Overview
As a Talent Specialist, who has chosen a long-term career pathway in Talent Delivery, you will become a market leader in identifying, interviewing, screening, and presenting high quality talent within your specialist area and work to successfully engage high in-demand talent into relevant assignments.
Post placement, you will also act as an advisor to ensure the engagement and retention of your contractor workforce, through either extensions or new placements. You will be expected to operate in a fast-paced environment and serve as a business partner to both clients and contractors throughout the recruitment journey. You will build and maintain talent pool relationships within your assigned specialism areas, understanding individual cultural and career goals and matching them with relevant client opportunities delivering excellence at every stage of the DBC, from initial relationship building to ongoing redeployment.

Qualifications
Experience Required
- Successfully completed the Academy and passed probation review
- Ability to hit quarterly targets
- Minimal and consistent performance levels must be met.

- Successfully leverage current contractor’s business knowledge and utilisediscovery questions with current contractors on PPC calls to gather business intelligence to help uncover business opportunities and to support with sourcing.
