About the role

Overview: 

IntelliBridge has an immediate opening for a Junior Data Analyst to support a federal law enforcement customer’s intelligence directorate. This position will support a center that is responsible for providing linguistic support to the mission of the Intelligence Community (IC) and other federal government agencies. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided. Final offer is contingent on contract award.

Clearance: 

Candidates must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility at the time of application. Will be required to successfully pass a CI Polygraph if one has not been performed in the past 5 years. 

Responsibilities/Duties:

Contractor responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Participate in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Collect data and run basic reports in response to client inquiries. 
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions. 
  • Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) or more years of general office assistant experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience. 
  • Two (2) years or more of Data Analytical experience on data management activities as well as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience with project planning, coordination, and execution.
