Project Manager

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the CBIS Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management Solution. The individual must coordinate and facilitate technical discussions between development teams, review documentation, and provide technical recommendations to government leadership. The individual shall aide in the development of schedules that project timelines for development, testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or has equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 9 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience
• Fundamental knowledge of network technologies, such as TCP/IP and Virtual Private Networks
• Fundamental knowledge of computer operating systems
• Understanding of Enterprise Content Management Systems
• Understanding of Business Process Management Systems
• Basic programming proficiency (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Net)
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Understanding of MVC application models
• Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure
• Knowledge of web servers such as IIS, WebSphere, Apache
• Knowledge of Databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
• Knowledge of OpenText Content Server
• Knowledge of OpenText AppWorks
• Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management Systems
• Knowledge of web service technologies such as REST and ESB
• Preferred experience with SOAP, XML, and JSON

Typical Duties/Abilities

• Assist requirements team to identify interface and system improvements
• Design and review system architecture
• Review technical documents submitted by vendor for quality and accuracy
• Assist in navigating governance processes
• Provide Schedule Input for development and testing
• Coordinate web service integration with external systems
• Coordinate the establishment of test and production environment connections
• Coordinate the creation of test data
• Support troubleshooting initiatives
• Whitepaper and Presentation creation
• Assist in the development and review of test strategy and plan

Soft Skills

• Must be comfortable with conducting presentations
• Good communication skills
