General Labor Technician

ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA.

This Job Is:

· A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

· Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.

This opportunity is Monday – Friday, business hours but does require flexibility and on-call rotations every 4 – 5 weeks. Overtime work as needed.  Flexible scheduling. Work typically starts at 7:30. End times vary, night, weekend and overtime are required as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning – Residential & Commercial – Fire & Water Damage
• Demolition – Removal of damaged building materials
• Lifting – Moving & setting up equipment - up to 75lbs
• Basic computer/App skills

Vacation –

This opportunity $20 - 22/hr to start.

Qualifications

• 18 or older
• Valid WA State Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Ability to pass criminal background check & illegal substances drug screen
