Workday HRIS Analyst - Remote

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solutions (Workday, Workforce, UKG, or other assigned portfolio assets). It will function as a business partner with the global HR organization by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, preparing, and executing test scripts, providing level 1-2 support to HR and business users, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.
This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:
Assists in the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation and UKG Time Tracking under the direction of senior team members
Responsible for assisting with Data Management activities including performing data audits and manual cleanup work across all HR Systems
Responsible for the creating and maintenance of custom reports under the direction of senor team members
Provide support for assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, UKG or other assigned portfolio assets) for major releases
Participate in creating test cases and executing regression testing and introduction of required changes as new releases are introduced
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions under the guidance of senior team members
Assist and provide Level 1-2 support on HR production issues and primary support on HRIS ticketing system (Halo)

Required Qualifications:
Required: Associate's Degree
Required: 2 or more years (or 3 years if no degree) combined experience and background in HRIS and technology fields with an in-depth knowledge of Human Resource, Payroll, Benefit concepts, terminology, and workflows
Demonstrated Workday experience to design and document solutions to support more senior team members
Excellent business analysis skills: timeline planning, requirements definition and documentation, and test planning and execution of test cases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings to all levels of staff

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Configuration of Workday Payroll module (such as setting up deduction codes, updating tax rates, payroll setup)
Highly analytical with a natural curiosity about data, ability to use tools at hand to research issues (i.e., Workday Community) and provide recommended solutions to issues
Outstanding Excel skills and knowledge of other MS tools
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 – $82,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
