Drive financial transparency, optimize, manage and report on IT costs. Your engagement will be instrumental in setting up the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework, refining recharging mechanisms, and fostering a practice of financial discipline to support our organization's growth.</p><p></p><p>As an early joiner, you will be able to strengthen the function within the IT organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting</p><ul><li>Prepare, analyze and explain monthly and yearly internal reporting</li><li>Prepare, administer, analyze and explain budgets for major IT projects and programs, ensuring rigorous project cost tracking.</li><li>Perform IT investment analysis, ROI assessments, and contribute to business case development.</li><li>Produce comprehensive IT program reports for executive leadership, presenting financial data with clarity and precision.</li><li>Contribute to financial processes within the company.</li></ul><p></p><p>Setup and advising</p><ul><li>Implement robust financial reporting and KPI tracking for our IT organization, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.</li><li>Design and manage IT service recharge models to ensure precise cost allocation and recovery.</li><li>Identify and execute strategies for IT cost optimization and efficiency.</li><li>Lead the setup and integration of TBM practices across the organization, ensuring IT investments align with business value.</li><li>Develop comprehensive business case models to support IT project funding decisions and demonstrate value.</li><li>Implement and monitor IT cost control measures to maintain financial discipline and achieve budget targets.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications</p><ul><li>Master’s degree in finance or computer science, dual Master is strong plus.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME), Certified Technology Business Management Professional (CTBMP), or Certified IT Finance Manager (CITFM) are highly desirable.</li><li>Extensive experience in IT costing and financial <span>project/program/portfolio</span> management.</li><li>Proven track record in IT project and program control.</li><li>Expertise in IT service recharge modeling and IT benchmarks.</li><li>Deep understanding of Technology Business Management (TBM) and its application in aligning IT investments with business strategy.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with IT investment analysis and ROI assessments.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Characteristics</b></p><ul><li>Ability to operate with minimal supervision and take ownership of complex projects.</li><li>Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.</li><li>Experienced in working within a financially driven, international, private equity-backed organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to generate and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer: </b></p><ul><li><p>Private healthcare inclu
