The Role

Since its inception in 1992, SUSE has been at the forefront of technical innovation where change has been the only constant.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Geo Success to lead a team of four Geo Success Managers across EMEA, APAC, NA, and LATAM. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead a team of strategic business partners to regional Geo Ecosystem Leaders. You will be accountable for the performance and results of your team, overseeing the programmatic execution required to nurture and grow partner segments and ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes with SUSE solutions across all assigned geographies.

Critical to achieving excellent results will be your ability to adapt departmental plans to address resource challenges and guide your team through complex problems. This role sits within the Global GTM Programs function, reporting to the Head of Global GTM Programs.

How You’ll Contribute

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Geo Success Managers. Create people development plans and provide constructive feedback to help your team learn from experience and grow their careers.

• Program Execution & Management: Drive the successful execution of global partner programs across all Geos. You will manage the execution of these projects, aligning team resources and efforts with strategic goals to ensure deliverables are met within scope and on time.

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to Geo Ecosystem Leaders, adapting your team’s plans and priorities to address regional business objectives and operational challenges.

• Partner Lifecycle Orchestration: Apply your expertise to guide your team in managing the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption, value realization, and renewal, ensuring a consistent and positive partner experience.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Global and Local Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams. Maintain open and consistent communication to influence outcomes and ensure a cohesive approach to partner success.
