The Purpose:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented individual for the Strategic Finance team at PPRO.As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing leadership and other stakeholders in the business with valuable insights and recommendations that drive timely decisions, directly impacting the profitability of the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare monthly investor reports and assist in the development of board materials
  • Work closely with the accounting team during month-end closing, ensuring the accuracy of financials
  • Provide leadership with visibility into monthly business performance against budget
  • Develop and maintain financial models to generate valuable insights across the P&L
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support recommendations to senior management

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred but not required
  • Intermediate experience in SQL/Google BigQuery
  • Intermediate experience in Excel, with a basic understanding of financial modelling
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a data analyst, finance business partner,investment banking or FP&A role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and distil ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
