Supervisor Plant Operations FT Days

DESCRIPTION

Manages the daily workload of the maintenance staff. Reports to the Manager - Assistant Director.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Issues work orders to maintenance staff. Monitors the ongoing work for quality of work being performed, and that the work is performed in a timely manner. Follows up with departments to ensure the work was completed in a courteous and timely manner. Assists staff performing work as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field

Experience:

Required: 5 years of experience in maintenance with commercial or hospital service environment.

Certifications:

Preferred:  Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM)
