Restaurant Reservations Agent for Domes of Elounda

Domes Resorts, member of Marriott International, are now Hiring!

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Reservation Agent for our 5* hotel, Domes of Elounda, an Autograph Collection Resort. at Elounda, Crete for the season 2026.

Requirements

Main Accountabilities:

• Handling of all the restaurant reservations
• Distributes the various administrational documents at the perspective outlets
• Participation in weekly F&B operational meetings
• Collaborates closely with the room service department
• Manages the hotel’s application regarding the F&B related requests
• Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Professional experience in Front Office or customer - related jobs
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge in POS Systems
• Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
• Service and customer oriented
• Good communicator
• Responsible
• Proactive
