This role can be based in San Francisco or Mountain View.
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) org delivers visibility and predictability across LinkedIn’s financial performance, ensuring optimal capital and resource allocation towards our highest priority areas. The Data and Analytics team (DnA) under Strategic Finance combines deep business understanding with data foundations, business intelligence, and advanced analytics capabilities. We enable our finance and business partners with scalable data products and unique insights to monitor, forecast, and optimize LinkedIn’s top-line performance. We are looking for an experienced individual contributor with a strong analytics background.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key data partner to empower FP&A teams with data, tools, and insights – primarily focusing on our B2B SaaS businesses (Talent Solutions, Sales Solutions)
- Develop and enhance data-products to enable self-serve data capabilities for non-technical audience, leveraging developments in AI
- Partner closely with FP&A teams to understand business challenges, provide data-driven perspective, and build repeatable solutions
- Partner with data teams across GTM Ops, BizOps, Data Science, and Engineering
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of work experience in an analytics or quantitative role.
- BA/BS degree in quantitative discipline: statistics, operations research, computer science, informatics, engineering, applied mathematics, economics, or related field or relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, Python, and Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of with B2B SaaS business models
- Ability to communicate findings, analysis implications and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of machine learning pipeline

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $82,000 to $133,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
