- Perform statistical analysis including experimentation logic and biases, hypothesis testing, and regressions
- Support data-centric projects
- Build Interactive Visualization such as Tableau
- Use programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
- Build extract, transform, load (ETL) data pipelines
- Make recommendations for improving tools and processes
- Explain technical issues to both technical and business partners
- Collaborate with and support operations and data-focused teams such as DS and DE to solve problems, develop solutions, and share insights
- Apply data expertise to support cross-functional operational needs and a large global partner workforce.
- Independently plan, lead and perform analysis of data and trends to proactively deliver insights about operational performance and drive improvement.
- Perform root cause analyses on key problem areas.
- Effectively plan and collaborate with a global team on data driven initiatives to solve complex operational problems.
- Use data expertise to successfully support cross-functional operational needs.
- Collaborate with operations and data-focused teams within and outside Scaled Operations to solve problems and develop solutions.
- Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience involving following:
- 1. Data and analytical problem solving
- 2. Programming languages: SQL, Python, or R
- 3. Experimentation and statistics
- 4. Project management fundamentals
- 5. Leading data-centric projects across a wide cross-functional landscape
- 6. Explaining technical issues to both technical and business partners
- 7. Data Modeling
