Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico | Salary: $100,000 per year + Benefits

Your Role:
As Production Manager, you'll oversee and guide our Pre-Site, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality project completion. You’ll lead daily operations while continuously improving processes to support company growth and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire teams to meet and exceed performance goals (KPIs)
Train and supervise staff in project planning, inventory, and materials coordination
Troubleshoot pre-production and mechanical issues to keep jobs moving forward
Conduct weekly production meetings to drive alignment and resolve project challenges
Oversee hiring, training, and development for production staff
Implement and improve standard operating procedures to reduce errors and boost efficiency
Maintain vendor relationships and manage logistics for company equipment and vehicles
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Who You Are:
3–5+ years of experience in production or operations management, ideally in remodeling or construction
Strong background in residential home improvement projects (kitchen, bath, windows, etc.)
A clear communicator with solid organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in job site operations
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced setting
High school diploma required; PM certification or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50+ pounds occasionally
Comfortable working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, outdoors)
Able to remain physically active throughout the workweek
