About the role

This role is a member of the Federal consulting Shared Services leadership team. The Quality Assurance leader ensures the successful delivery and implementation of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions across a variety of clinical and financial specialties. This role guides the Quality Assurance team to ensure front-line Consultants are meeting or exceeding client requirements and collaborates closely with Consulting leaders, project managers, implementation consultants, and technical teams to verify that all deliverables meet high standards for quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

 

The QA Manager combines data-driven sources and documentation with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to proactively identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues.

 

Focus areas include: 

 

  • Advise on general and specific outcomes and updates to QA efforts, processes and associated metrics.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for quality improvement.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for learning support and resources aligned with emerging needs / gaps.
  • Either directly or through team, provide coaching and feedback to support and sustain high quality outcomes.
  • Hire, develop and maintain a team that can manage complex and simultaneous projects and initiatives.
  • Develop, execute, and document comprehensive Quality verification processes tailored to various Consulting solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices, documentation standards, and testing methodologies.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues, risks, and project status.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance once hired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to focus areas.
  • Prefer Federal EMR Deployment experience and Graduate Business or Technology degree.
  • 8+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4+ years of consulting experience and 2+ years of project management leadership experience.
  • Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management preferred.   
  • Experience standing up a new team with new responsibilities and building appropriate KPIs preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with EMR implementation processes and clinical workflows in multiple specialties (e.g., cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, etc.).
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Ability to work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
  • Ability to perform stated job duties and other related responsibilities as assigned.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
