Staff Engineering Program Manager/ Solution Architect PXE Transformation Office   Why We Have This Role

The Transformation Office is looking for a new team member who will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. This role will design and manage internal technical solutions that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will analyze and seek to understand current processes, identify opportunities, and execute improvements that drive value through operational excellence. As a bridge between business requirements and the technical implementation, this role will ensure the systems are designed to meet the company goals. You will work with leaders across the organization to drive adoption and influence the future of how the PXE organization works.

  How You’ll Grow
  • You will help grow and evolve the Transformation and BizOps disciplines within PXE.
  • You will influence core systems and processes that underpin the success of the PXE organization and Qualtrics. 
  • You will gain breadth of exposure and knowledge across many functions in a large Product, UX, and Engineering organization.
  • You will have continuous exposure to senior leaders within the PXE organization.
  Things You’ll Do
  • Own technical transformations: Take ownership of the technical solutions required to support large transformation initiatives within PXE. Initially, you will focus on implementing a new portfolio management, product planning, and roadmap tool to enhance our product development lifecycle.
  • Technical design and strategy: Create the architectural blueprint for new or evolving systems, outlining the solution’s capabilities and structure to meet immediate and long-term goals. This includes accounting for non-functional requirements like security and scalability.
  • Process Design: Design end-to-end processes that leverage out-of-the-box best practices aligned with the specific needs of Qualtrics to achieve critical business outcomes. Ensure processes are designed to fully utilize AI capabilities for maximum efficiency.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into detailed technical requirements for implementation. 
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including diagrams and specifications, to guide implementation teams.
