Patient Connection Hub

The Supervisor of Patient Access is responsible for supervising and training Patient Access Coordinators, Referral Coordinators, Authorization Clerks, and Scheduling Coordinators. The Supervisor also answers a multi-line phone system, schedules patient appointments, assists walk-in patients at the desk, obtains
insurance verification, pre-registration, collection of patient payments, document distribution, and all registration, as needed.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must have one year of medical office, clerical, and computer experience.

• At least one year of related experience required.

• Patient Access Coordinator/front office experience is preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
