Dealer Trainee - MGM Springfield

THE JOB:

As a Table Games Dealer Trainee you will gain dealer gaming skills with the one of the best-known entertainment/gaming companies in the world. You will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

STARTING PAY: $15.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Learn to Deal one or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations
• Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• This position is scheduled to start September 9th, 2024
• Must be available Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm
• Takes pride in their work
• Great attention to detail
• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
• Adapts well to changing situations and can efficiently handle a fast-paced work environment

ABOUT THE TRAINING PROGRAM:

• 8-week program (30 hours per week)
• You will learn two table games: Blackjack, Carnival, Roulette. Baccarat, Craps
• MGM Resorts Service Training
