Fitzgerald Collision is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)!

Ideal candidates should have a strong customer service background and a strong dynamic personality. We are looking for people who are self-starters, enthusiastic, and most importantly people who love the car business and the opportunities that come with it. RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  First contact with all of our customers, either by phone or face to face.
•  Complete repair authorization paperwork following established guidelines and procedures.
•  Co-ordinate with insurance companies and rental car companies on behalf of the customer.
•  Assist with Accounts Receivables.
•  Work in a team setting with our estimators to update customers.
•  Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Experience in a software driven process environment.
•  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•  Possession of a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable driving record is required.
•  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
•  Prior customer service experience is required.
