The pay rate is $17 per hour. This is a part-time position.

As an NFC Amenity Spa Front Desk Associate, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are the first person residents and guests interact with when they arrive at the facility. Our Spa Front Desk Associates are the “heart" of the operation. After warmly welcoming the guests, you will ensure they receive an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the spa until the time they leave.

Ultimately, your priority is to make our guests feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

• You will ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with all team members, management, and guests.
• Warmly welcome members, residents, and guests as they enter the facility, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Efficiently handle check-ins, including verifying memberships, IDs, and processing payments for services.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information about our services, class schedules, and other inquiries.
• Advise and remind guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Address guests' concerns or issues professionally and courteously, escalating to management if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the display of marketing materials and literature.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services to provide effective assistance to guests.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.
