As a Membership & Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team and creating an exceptional customer experience. • A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for sales  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team & connect with customers  
• Membership-based or retail sales experience preferred 

What You’ll Do 

• Drive membership, retail sales, and revenue growth by highlighting routine dog hygiene benefits 
• Lead, train, and develop high-performing sales and service teams 
• Build relationships with dog parents and engage the local community to increase brand awareness 
• Manage daily operations to maintain safety, efficiency, cleanliness, service excellence & member satisfaction
