About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedules are in the EDT/NYC Time:
Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm with a 1 hour unpaid break (10pm to 7am Manila Time)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to oversee our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining a strong cash flow. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex accounts while leading the AR team to success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Manage and review the accurate recording of transactions in financial systems.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Lead monthly AR close processes, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to resolve customer billing issues.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates to senior management on collection activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of AR processes and reduce delinquency rates.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounts receivable team members.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation for financial reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial administration, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. This is a must
  • Preferred knowledge with slack and hubspot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations related to AR and collections.
