Stryker is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst, Project Management - R&D to support the Spine Division. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week in the office and you can be located in Leesburg, VA or Allendale, NJ.

What you will do
The Senior Analyst, Project Management - R&D will support the development of next generation spine implants and instruments. You will influence the PMO objectives with data analysis, metrics, and trends.
- Contribute to the development of the project charter and recommend tradeoffs within projects using reporting tools and data.
- Assist in the development of the project scope using reporting tools and data
- Assist the Program Director in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart.
- Collaborate in the development of the budget using reporting tools and data.
- Partner with the Program Director in the establishment of risk management plans and support effective risk analysis and risk mitigation planning for the PMO
- Contribute to the development of a Procurement Management Plan and provide data to support supplier selection
- Provide support on rescheduling, and resource allocation in the program plan and support program gating processes
- Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external PMO cross functional stakeholders
- Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success
- Contribute data analysis expertise for short- and long-term strategic planning process activities
- Responsible for working alongside teammates to develop and establish PMO tools and methodologies specific to the Spine division
What you need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of product development project management experience or relevant project management experience
Preferred
- CAPM, PMP or other relevant certification
- Microsoft Project experience
- PowerBi experience
