Job Description: The F45 – Team Lead serves as a program student leader to assist with the coordination of a safe, positive, and effective group training program. This includes maintaining open communication with all F45 staff, completing administrative duties promptly, and serving as a point of contact for instructors in need of support regarding training, resources, and processes. Candidates for this position must organized and have a strong background in group fitness.

Responsibilities Include:
- Complete administrative duties as related to the fitwell program
- Coordinate onboarding and in-house training for new instructors
- Regularly communicate with instructors regarding client schedules for all sessions
- Ensure weekly submission of instructor-related documents, assessments, programs, and sessions
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings (three per semester) and training (annually)
- Assist with special events hosted by the department, including Late Night, Step Challenge, & Free Week 
- Participate in planning and facilitation of annual (BURST) and/or semesterly staff training
- Conduct a minimum of one F45 class per semester
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with proper attire, punctuality, and presence
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and emergency response protocols
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any schedule, meeting, or program conflicts
- Report any equipment/facility issues immediately to the Graduate Assistant & supervisor 
- Adhere to all Fitwell Program and Department of Campus Recreation policies

General Qualifications:
- A nationally recognized Group Fitness or CPT certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) are preferred. (Questions: email FitWell@Baylor.edu) 
-CPR/AED certification required
-F45 certification is required
- Strongly preferred, previously employed with the FitWell program for a minimum of two    
semesters 
-Must have a strong knowledge of exercise programming/design, as well as injury prevention
-Must be knowledgeable in the proper use of fitness equipment, machines, and training facility
-Must be able to demonstrate spotting techniques and related safety protocols 
-Must have experience positively motivating and supporting others 
-Must complete all required Youth Protection Training & pass a background check
