Purpose

To serve as the Senior Director of Development supporting Arts, Culture, and Collections. The Senior Director will focus on supporting the College of Fine Arts and work closely with the college’s leadership. The role will also support the fundraising efforts of the Blanton Museum, the Harry Ransom Center, Texas Performing Arts, and other arts and collections spaces. The Senior Director will focus on identifying and cultivating prospects with a capacity of $1,000,000+ with an emphasis on soliciting gifts of $1,000,000 and above. The position reports to the Executive Director of Gift and Estate Planning, Arts, Culture and Collections.

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of engaging donors in the arts space, a proven ability to bring creativity, curiosity, and boldness to the role, and comfort working within a complex organization
