About the role

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills as well as an understanding of how data center delivery works. A technical program management background is a must have. In addition, the role requires the ability to parse through and audit Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for accuracy and ensure the spend complies with approved guidelines and policies. We are also looking for an individual with the ability to identify risks and issues to drive financial operational governance specifically related to budgets, including budget and cost management and budget tracking.

As a seasoned project management professional, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while optimizing operational efficiency and financial governance. Your role will encompass:

Technical Program management expertise

  • Strategic project leadership: plan, execute, and deliver complex projects.
  • Financial oversight: audit, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
  • Process optimization: streamline workflows, improve quality, and leverage best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement, spearheading initiatives to streamline software development workflows.
  • Own without authority - guide teams in adhering to established processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, deliver on outcomes through influence

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience technical program management role
  • A natural problem-solver and strategic problem solver who takes ownership.
  • Efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations
  • Comfortable driving teams to deliver results, speaking up, and challenging the status quo when needed
  • Advanced knowledge of auditing processes/procedures.
  • Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives.
  • Competent interpersonal skills, with ability to lead projects and mentor others.
  • Ability to evaluate business processes and IT technology, identify risks and evaluate controls.
  • Ability to translate business needs and problems to viable and accepted solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with process owners across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
  • Effectively coordinate with team members in different time zones.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
