Team Lead, Forms Design

As the Team Lead of Forms Design, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by creating intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing forms that align with our company's mission and values. You will lead a team of talented designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of forms within our technology platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of forms designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry's legal and compliance requirements related to forms and documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to define form design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end forms design process, from concept and wireframing to final implementation and testing.
• Create and maintain a library of standardized form templates that enhance user experience and promote efficiency.
• Conduct regular usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve form design processes.
• Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the importance of clear, accessible, and user-friendly forms.
• Ensure that all forms are compliant with relevant regulations and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing materials that promote our forms to both users and stakeholders.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in forms design, user experience design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of user accessibility standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach with a passion for creating visually compelling and functional designs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.
