Your key tasks
- eShop Merchandising: Lead the merchandising efforts of a certain product category on the eShop platform, ensuring consistent online presentation and strong performance. Oversee product categorization, curation, sorting, highlighting key features.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Management: Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, actively managing product sorting for an optimized user experience. Utilize both manual interventions and AI capabilities, including Salesforce's Einstein, to implement intelligent product recommendations and personalized strategies, ensuring a dynamic and tailored online shopping journey
- Analytics-Informed Decision-Making: Utilize Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud to analyze the impact of presentation decisions on KPIs. Make data-driven adjustments and optimizations.
- Site Categorization, Attribute Testing, and On-Site Search: Determine and test site taxonomy, attribution, and filters, emphasizing analytics-driven decisions. Utilize on-site search results to drive conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
- Merchandising Tool Enhancement and Seasonal Landing Pages: Lead merchandising enhancement recommendations through Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other tools. Collaborate on creating seasonal landing pages, including look books, gift guides, trend collections, and more.
Some of your other tasks
- Personalization: Implement testing, targeting, and personalization strategies for enhanced consumer engagement.
- Market Trends Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions and keep the eCommerce site competitive.
- Test and Learn: Initiate and spearhead A/B testing and other experimentation endeavors aimed at refining merchandising strategies and enhancing the overall performance of the website.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with other teams, such as marketing, product management, planning, UX/UI, eCommerce commercial sales, to ensure a cohesive and engaging online shopping experience.
- Technology Improvement: Collaborate with the technology team to ensure the seamless integration of merchandising initiatives with the ecommerce platform
Your skills
- Proficiency in E-commerce Tools: High proficiency in essential e-commerce tools, including Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Power BI. Proven experience leveraging these tools for analytics, decision-making, and strategic enhancements.
- Minimum 3 Years E-commerce Merchandising Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising, with a strong preference for experience in the D2C retail sector. Proven track record in leading successful efforts for product categorization, curation, sorting, and key feature highlighting.
- Outstanding Analytical Skills: Demonstrated outstanding analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets. A track record of making informed decisions based on data-driven insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of merchandising strategies.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, the company's primary language. Additional proficiency in other European languages is a plus, contributing to effective communication and engagement across diverse regions.
- Team Collaboration and Interdepartmental Cooperation: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration, contributing to a cohesive and integrated approach to meeting business objectives
