What is Global Credit Finance
Global Credit Finance is the Bank’s lending division. The team oversees a portfolio of 10 different products with over $104B of notional commitments. Its 140+ member team operates in the US, EMEA and APAC with offices in Boston, Irvine, London, Munich, Gdansk, Luxembourg, and Bangalore. Global Credit Finance’s mission is twofold: to attract and retain clients of State Street through the use of the firm’s balance sheet; and to add income and diversification to the company’s portfolio of on and off-balance sheet investments. Our products include Private Markets – Subscription Finance, Private Credit, Real Money Funds-Liquidity and Leverage, CLOs, Municipal Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Leveraged Loans, Corporates, and Stable Value Wrap.
Who we are looking for
A successful Co-op will have the ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders across Global Credit Finance (GCF) and more broadly at State Street, assisting with crucial client metrics and tracking. They should possess a positive, team attitude, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once. The Co-op position will range across all GCF products, so a candidate should be organized and proactive. The job is located in Boston, MA.

GCF plays a crucial role across the organization in driving positive client interactions. This role will assist in managing GCF’s client data and reporting. The position will liaise with business partners and GCF leadership to streamline client metrics and tracking in Salesforce 360 and other venues, maintaining a client-centric mindset. The role will allow you to build communication skills as the foundation to your career.
What you will be responsible for
As a Co-op, you will
• Assist product heads, account owners and GCF leadership with Salesforce 360 entries, including client opportunities, meetings, dashboards and reporting
• Work closely with stakeholders and turn around quick and efficient outputs
• Assist with executive briefings for client meetings
• Develop materials and dashboards
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Assist the management team with other ad-hoc initiatives
