Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and providing service to customer, venders and visitors.
2. Assist job applicants with employment applications process.
3. Responsible for answering, monitoring, and routing all incoming calls.
4. Responsible for typing, filing, and other duties assigned by Office Manager.
5. Assisting with new hire orientation and paperwork.
6. Providing administrative support for all departments.
7. Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
8. Conform to all company policies and procedures.
9. Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
10. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Ability to welcome and relate to all external and internal customers and phone customers in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office and other operating software.
