Our mission is to help patients effortlessly find and book appointments with the right doctor — and ensure doctors benefit from a well-configured, patient-friendly experience. Our goal is simple but powerful: maximize user bookings and deliver real value to both patients and healthcare professionals.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Define vision, strategy and key results for your team to drive more booked appointments.</p></li><li><p>Own key results of your team, making sure we’re optimizing towards them on a daily basis. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with engineering, design and analysts to identify and solve problems and leverage opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain a backlog of initiatives, executing these through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business cases. Test and iterate fast. </p></li><li><p>Leverage AI to make our marketplace stays competitive.  </p></li><li><p>Work with other departments (Customer Success, local teams) to balance business goals and customers needs, ensuring that relevant issues are debated, decided on, and initiatives are delivered.</p></li><li><p>Develop product requirements using Agile or Shape Up methodologies, including user stories, wireframes, or prototypes, ensuring they are backed by user/customer insights.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the functionality of developed features before they reach the production environment.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What experience and skills do you need to do great at this position?</strong></p><p><strong>We should meet if you:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in product management (B2B2C, B2B at scale, B2C), with a proven track record of delivering successful products.</p></li><li><p>Masterminds of numbers! Excellent in analyzing, and synthesizing product usage data to provide actionable insights. Experience with testing on the scale and fast validation.</p></li><li><p>A high level of energy, ownership, and strong communication skills. </p></li><li><p>A Software engineering background, or technical knowledge to feel comfortable joining technical discussions with developers.</p></li><li><p>Focus on the user, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities to r
