Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage master data cleanup initiatives, including a new chart of accounts and property master data
• Lead key projects for analytics and property systems, including TM1 upgrades and related code enhancements
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and offshore resources
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, and timely delivery across multiple smaller initiatives
• Track progress, report milestones, and proactively identify project risks or blockers

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within data, analytics, or ERP environments
• Proven ability to lead master data projects, including new chart of accounts and data cleanup initiatives
• Experience managing analytics platforms (like TM1), upgrades, and code enhancement projects
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities and communicating across business and technical teams

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with enterprise-scale financial or property systems
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certification
• Background in systems integration, data governance, or reporting modernization

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, CSM)
