Senior Tax Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Exton, PA or Home-based, US (ET preferred)
Position Summary:
Bentley Systems' Tax Department is looking to hire a Senior Tax Analyst in our Exton, PA global headquarters (hybrid working arrangement). We are seeking an experienced, energetic, go-getter for the newly created role. The position will be responsible for assisting the tax department with global income tax responsibilities.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Prepare/Review U.S. federal income tax returns, proformas, and book-tax differences.
- Prepare/Review U.S. international reporting forms 5471, 8858 and alike and related supporting calculations.
- Assist with Pillar 2 calculations, reporting and strategic planning.
- Assist in preparing the state and local income tax returns, state modifications and multi-state allocation and apportionment.
- Works with external tax consultants on special projects.
- Collaborates on tax solutions with departments to ensure that the necessary tax information is collected, and the proper tax methods are implemented.
- Assist with technical research and documenting income tax issues and positions.
- Assist in the preparation and review of the U.S. GAAP tax provision.
- Prepare/review the ASC 740/FIN 48 tax provisions for controlled foreign corporations.
- Assist with tax planning/tax research initiatives through research and preparation of statistical and financial reports, both on a regular and specially assigned basis with regard to international planning, acquisitions and audit defense strategies.
- Maintain trackers and other project management templates.
- Identify and implement process improvements.

- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn all aspects of taxation.
- Proven capacity for handling multiple tasks, coupled with flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assist in research and interpret tax issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and to function independently, demonstrating a high level of motivation for taking initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including working knowledge MS Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of Onesource Tax Provision and Onesource Income Tax software a plus.
Qualifications:
- Two to five years of tax experience in U.S. multinational provision and tax compliance. Big 4 ex
