QA Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to drive the quality assurance efforts for a dynamic Fintech project. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large QA teams across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role requires deep expertise in manual and automation testing, with a strong ability to manage testing across multiple integrated systems. Direct communication with clients and remote vendor teams is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of more than 20 QA engineers across multiple projects, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
   
2. Participate in refinement sessions to gain a deep understanding of all features and their business impact.
   
3. Establish and maintain direct communication with clients and remote teams from different vendors to streamline QA efforts.
   
4. Review and enhance the current Agile QA process, ensuring efficient test execution and continuous improvement.
   
5. Document QA processes, test strategies, tools usages, and best practices to facilitate team alignment and knowledge sharing.
   
6. Set up and maintain mobile automation frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
   
7. Design, implement, and manage API automation frameworks to ensure robust backend testing.
   
8. Oversee and enforce manual testing best practices for complex scenarios requiring human intervention.
   
9. Conduct daily follow-up calls with clients and vendors to track UAT bugs and liaise with several PMs to ensure smooth and timely releases.
   
10. Develop innovative testing strategies to address the challenges of multiple integrated systems.
    
11. Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving requirements and priorities.
    
12. Ensure comprehensive test coverage of the product
    

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a QA Lead role.
   
2. Strong background in manual testing processes and best practices.
   
3. Proven experience in setting up and managing mobile test
