We are currently seeking a Design and Pricing assistant to join our growing team.

Job Description

• Accurately enter information into our internal ordering system.
• Organize and maintain design files, spreadsheets, and pricing tools
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and research as needed
• Assist with Field Service Rep and builder inquires.
• Accurately edit cabinet and countertop measurements with the design program (2020).
• Learn and understand each builder’s specifications and preferences to provide fast, accurate support.
• Support internal teams with prompt communication and resolution of design/pricing questions.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a structured workflow
• Strong computer skills – including Excel
• Detail-oriented
• Dependable, resourceful, and takes initiative
• No prior industry experience required—paid training provided

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fayetteville, NC 28304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Typing: 1 year (Preferred)
