• Competitive base pay

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

Our Main Street location in southern Colorado Springs is well known for its strong orthopedic and manual therapy focus. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians, including a Certified Fellow of Manual Therapy, in a supportive and collaborative environment that emphasizes hands-on care, mentorship, and continual learning. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates seeking growth and experienced PTAs looking to advance their careers.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, hands-on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Document daily treatment notes and track patient progress

• Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and patients to ensure excellent outcomes

• Educate and encourage patients as they work toward recovery goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Passion for patient care, mentorship, and professional growth
