We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate at our Leominster, MA facility. If you're a driven, analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be your next big opportunity.

In the Role:

As an FP&A Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our strategic finance operations, driving insights that power smarter decisions across the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
• Develop and maintain Power BI Reports and worksheets that show variances/ out of norm conditions, trends worksheets for the entire business
• Partner with Sr. Director of IT  to guide development of views from ERP system
• Prepare monthly management reports, including detailed variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Partner with business units and department leaders to understand financial drivers and identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Create clear, impactful presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
• Drive strategic financial modeling and scenario planning to support key business initiatives
• Analyze large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends and present in Power BI and excel reports
• Present financial results, projections, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Act as a strategic finance partner to operations, corporate functions, and cross-functional teams

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced Power BI and Excel modeling skills
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and data reporting tools
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and influence decision-makers
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
