Cornell University, a nationally ranked Ivy League institution, is seeking an Associate Director of Lifelong Learning to join the Alumni Affairs & Development division with the SC Johnson College of Business in Ithaca, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Implementation: Create dynamic, live, and on-demand educational programs and content for alumni, parents, and the broader Cornell community. Stay informed on educational trends, adult learning theories, and technology to enhance program offerings.
Continuous Learning Culture: Foster a culture of lifelong learning through engaging classroom-style experiences that enhance skill development and professional growth.
Partnership: Work closely with faculty and industry experts to develop cutting-edge content that reflects current trends and needs.
Engagement & Fundraising: Help build a robust pipeline of engaged alumni and donors, contributing to our campaign goals for both engagement and fundraising.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop and implement strategies to assess the effectiveness of programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Program Communication: Effectively communicate the details and benefits of lifelong learning programs through various channels, ensuring alumni and community members are informed and engaged.
Career Programs: Identify and expand alumni career support initiatives to foster professional advancement.
Key qualifications:
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to negotiate with diplomacy and integrity.
Excellent oral & written communication skills. Able to tailor messages to different audiences.
Proven success in idea creation and developing and managing events and programs.
Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to reinforce diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and well-being.
A background in education, business, or a related field, with experience in program development or alumni relations preferred.
