Join a dynamic team as a Senior Teamcenter Technical Architect, where you’ll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge PLM solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, who thrives in architecting complex systems and mentoring high-performing teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives and automation strategies across large-scale engineering and manufacturing programs.
Your Role
- Lead and oversee Teamcenter development efforts across transformation and implementation programs.
- Architect and deliver at least two end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter implementations.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance productivity and configuration management.
- Build and manage high-performing remote teams with a focus on talent development.
- Identify and recruit top-tier technical talent aligned with project needs.
- Ensure teams are trained, mentored, and equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong verbal and written skills.
Your Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years as a Teamcenter solution architect.
- Proven leadership in large-scale Siemens Teamcenter, Mendix, and Mindsphere programs.
- Technical acumen to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement service improvements.
- Experience mentoring junior talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Exposure to Engineering and Manufacturing IT across various industry sectors.
- TOGAF certification (highly desirable) and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate internal organizational complexity.
