You’ll play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives and automation strategies across large-scale engineering and manufacturing programs.

Your Role

• Lead and oversee Teamcenter development efforts across transformation and implementation programs.
• Architect and deliver at least two end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter implementations.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance productivity and configuration management.
• Build and manage high-performing remote teams with a focus on talent development.
• Identify and recruit top-tier technical talent aligned with project needs.
• Ensure teams are trained, mentored, and equipped to deliver high-quality services.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong verbal and written skills.

Your Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years as a Teamcenter solution architect.
• Proven leadership in large-scale Siemens Teamcenter, Mendix, and Mindsphere programs.
• Technical acumen to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement service improvements.
• Experience mentoring junior talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Exposure to Engineering and Manufacturing IT across various industry sectors.
• TOGAF certification (highly desirable) and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate internal organizational complexity.
