MAHLE Mechanical Engineering Team Leader Smartbike Systems -

<p>The Mechanical Engineering Team Leader will be the responsible for the global built up and management of a new Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Team and a strong interaction in the Mechatronics field. The position will coordinate with other MAHLE entities inside the R&amp;D teams, will interact with suppliers, clients and different partners.</p> <p>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Planning and establishing of the needed resources to to allow a proper development towards the Development Process.</p> </li> <li> <p>Leadership on development and design processes in the Electrical and Mechanical area.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provides mechatronics engineering recommendations and support in engineering reviews, strategic plans and project.</p> </li> <li> <p>Supply dedicated support in Drive Unit, e-machine and motors topics, especially in the tolerancing and concentricity areas.</p> </li> <li> <p>To manage budgeting and resource planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>To ensure on-time product development by collaborating with other leaders to estimate reasonable and precise schedules and solve problems quickly.</p> </li> <li> <p>To create quality validation, and evaluation requirements and tests.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Your Skills &amp; Strengths</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Mechatronics and/or mechanics or electrical engineering or BSc Physics Profile.</li> <li>More than 10 years' experience in the mechatronics tasks.</li> <li>Experience leading technical teams.</li> <li>Experience with mechanic and electronic designs, specially motor and electrical machine design.</li> <li>Knowledge on designing R&amp;D processes.</li> <li>Knowledge of the principles and equipment of an electric bike would be advantageous.</li> <li>Experience in problem solving and scheduling action plans.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li> <li>English C1 level.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to work in a great team, we encourage you to reach your personal potential and through outstanding learning and development opportunities.
