Warehouse Associate - 3PL

Location: Phillipsburg, New Jersey
Status: Full-time/100% on-site
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 annually

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate - 3PL acts as an in-house bridge between Kith and our third-party logistics provider. This role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations that include but not limited to: inbound, outbound and web fulfillment. This role ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks and provides key operational updates to HQ. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and able to identify and resolve issues in real time.

Responsibilities

Outbound Oversight

• Monitor and support daily fulfillment operations with the 3PL, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• Serve as Kith’s primary liaison for escalations, order exceptions, and fulfillment delays.

• Distribute daily order reports (via Tableau) to the 3PL and track progress to completion.

• Communicate status updates and final numbers back to HQ.

• Ensure all shipments meet required shipping deadlines.

Inbound Oversight

• Assist in maintaining accurate inbound tracking, and coordinate ASNs prioritization.

• Identify, document, and escalate shipment discrepancies or damages to the inbound team.

• Support documentation and communication of inbound issues to appropriate teams.

• Conduct QC checks on SMU and sensitive product categories to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and pricing.

• Log and communicate any quality issues or inconsistencies to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.

Operational Support & Task Management

• Ensure 3PL remains aligned on daily task objectives (inbound, outbound, early access, special projects, treats, and multi-brand receiving).
  Identify risks to timelines or workflows and escalate to HQ or Customer Experience as needed.

• Support the Warehouse Manager and 3PL Account Key Holder in task prioritization and daily planning.

• Track outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery issues.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and the 3PL to ensure operational efficiency.

• Communicate inventory shortages, concerns, or process blockers to the Warehouse Manager and HQ as necessary.

• Help coordinate BOLs and tracking information between our truck carrier partners and the 3PL.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics

• Experience working with or alongside a 3PL (preferred)

• Familiarity with inventory systems, order processing, and QC protocols

• Comfort with reporting tools like Tableau or Excel (nice to have)

Skills

• Communication & Reporting: Strong verbal and written communication skills to share updates with HQ, document issues, and coordinate with multiple teams.

• 3PL Coordination: Experience working with third-party logistics providers; ability to escalate, follow up, and resolve issues collaboratively.

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure the 3PL is on track daily across multiple operational areas.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing order reports, identifying shipment issues, and ensuring brand standards are upheld.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred

Legal Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Compliance with all warehouse safety protocols is required.
