HR TECHNICIAN (RECRUITER) NF3*

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or administrative work that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, and policies applicable to recruiting and staffing. Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions to implement appropriate recruiting strategies to fill vacancies. Proficiency in operating a personal computer and software programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey a wide variety of information to diverse audiences. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling and working with highly confidential personnel and compensation. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
