Job Title: Product Owner

Duties: 

• Product Vision & Strategy – Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Backlog Management – Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
• Requirement Gathering – Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine technical and business requirements.
• User Story Development – Create clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Sprint Planning & Execution – Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute sprints effectively.
• Technical Collaboration – Work with architects and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and system design alignment.
• Cross-Functional Communication – Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and designers.
• Roadmap Planning – Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap based on business priorities and technical dependencies.
• Release Management – Oversee product releases, ensuring smooth deployment and proper version control.
• Quality Assurance Support – Assist QA teams in testing features to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Management – Communicate updates, gather feedback, and align expectations with business leaders.
• Performance Monitoring – Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Assessment – Identify potential risks in development and deployment and take proactive measures.
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to drive innovation.
• Continuous Improvement – Regularly refine processes, tools, and workflows to optimize product development efficiency.

Requirement: Applicants must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
