About the role
- Personal support and specialist advice for our B2B customers
- Processing customer enquiries and quotations
- Support in managing and updating our customer databases
- Participation in the conception and improvement of internal company processes
- Independent order entry and processing in our software systems
- Secondary school leaving certificate, entrance qualification for universities or Abitur
- Good grades in German, English and Maths
- Interest in commercial and business management processes
- Organisational talent and enjoy working on the computer as well as being confident with Word and Excel
- A desire to work in our teams
- Technical understanding and a willingness to familiarise yourself with our products
- Ideally initial experience through internships or holiday jobs
