Manufacturing Production Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure that production targets are met

- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition

- Train and develop production workers to improve their skills and knowledge

- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees

- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company objectives

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field, preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
